เมื่อท่านใช้ Kevin เราประมวลผลข้อความที่ท่านส่ง และเมื่อใช้เสียง เราประมวลผลเสียงเพื่อถอดคำพูดและสร้างคำตอบ วัตถุประสงค์คือให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น ตอบคำถามทางธุรกิจ รักษาความต่อเนื่องของบทสนทนา ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ และดูแลความปลอดภัยของบริการ กรุณาอย่าส่งรหัสผ่าน เลขประจำตัว ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ความลับทางการค้า งบการเงินที่ยังไม่เปิดเผย หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่จำเป็น

ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและระยะเวลา

ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเก็บเฉพาะค่าแฮชของตัวระบุเครือข่าย/เซสชัน จำนวนคำขอ และเวลาหมดอายุ เพื่อจำกัดการใช้งานและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย โดยไม่เก็บหมายเลข IP ดิบไว้ในฐานควบคุม ค่าภาษาที่เลือกถูกจดจำไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคจะถูกลบตามรอบหมดอายุและการดูแลระบบ ส่วนผู้ให้บริการภายนอกอาจมีระยะเวลาเก็บตามนโยบายของตน

ใบสมัครงาน

เมื่อท่านส่งใบสมัครผ่านหน้าร่วมงานกับเรา เราเก็บชื่อ อีเมล โทรศัพท์ สายงานที่สนใจ ข้อความแนะนำตัว และไฟล์ CV ที่แนบ เพื่อพิจารณารับเข้าทำงานเท่านั้น ไฟล์เก็บไว้ในพื้นที่จัดเก็บส่วนตัวของ Backster บน Cloudflare ซึ่งไม่เปิดให้สาธารณะเข้าถึง และหากเปิดใช้การแจ้งเตือนทางอีเมล ข้อมูลใบสมัครจะถูกส่งผ่านผู้ให้บริการอีเมลไปยังผู้รับผิดชอบของบริษัท ใบสมัครและไฟล์ที่แนบเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 12 เดือนนับจากวันที่ส่งแล้วลบทิ้ง เว้นแต่ท่านได้รับการว่าจ้าง ท่านขอให้ลบก่อนกำหนดได้ตามช่องทางด้านล่าง

Data processed and purposes

When you use Kevin, we process the text you submit. When you use voice, we process audio to transcribe your speech and generate a response. We do this to provide preliminary information, answer business questions, maintain conversation context, prevent misuse and protect the service. Do not submit passwords, identification numbers, health information, trade secrets, unpublished financial statements or unnecessary personal data.

External providers and international processing

Text and audio may be processed by OpenAI and LiveAvatar, including voice providers used by LiveAvatar. These providers may process information outside Thailand under their own terms and safeguards. Backster's website does not intentionally save conversation content in its own database, and OpenAI requests are configured not to store conversational state. Conversation continuity uses temporary context in the current browser window.

Technical data and retention

Security controls retain only hashed network/session identifiers, request counts and expiry times to limit misuse and control cost; raw IP addresses are not stored in the control database. Your language choice is remembered in your browser. Technical control records expire and are removed during maintenance. External providers may retain data under their own policies.

Job applications

When you apply through the careers page we keep your name, email, phone, the area you chose, your introduction and the CV you attached, solely to consider you for employment. The file is held in Backster's private storage on Cloudflare, which is not publicly accessible. If email notification is enabled, the application is also sent through an email provider to the responsible person at the company. Applications and attached files are kept for no more than 12 months from submission and then deleted, unless you are hired. You may ask for earlier deletion through the contact below.

Your choices and rights

You may type instead of using voice, deny microphone permission and end a conversation at any time. To ask a question or request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction regarding information handled by Backster, contact kornwika.k@backster.co.th. Kevin provides preliminary information and not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other case-specific professional advice.
